ANH Generosity Exchange- part 2

Dear friends,

A new vision was recently born within our Alliance:

A global platform facilitating the exchange of generosity in the form of goods and services between people of a new humanity.

This Global Exchange platform intends to nourish the present evolutionary growth of every one of its participants, which we have identified as the need:

-to manifest our true Self
- to sincerely value and care for ourselves, each other and the ecosystem we are part of
- to find and use our inner power for the creation of our new world
- to offer and enjoy the abundant fruits of our highest creativity
- to relate, communicate and cooperate in freedom, love and reverence (and if possible, with humor!) for the increased joy and growth of us all
- to financially sustain our activities while at the same time contributing to the sustainability of our Alliance.

The vision is still in its cradle on the plane of manifested reality, but many fantastic people have gathered already to nourish it with their energy- thank you Geoffrey, Renata, Linda, Janice, Raquel, Ezequiel, Kim, Adriana (Agape), John John, Sioban, Krishna, Jean and Dave! It is wonderful to grow together with you!

Everyone who feels inspired to participate in any way- with comments, ideas, time, skills, talents, well wishes or good thoughts- Be welcome!

Our task right now is to continue brainstorming around the question: How do we want this platform to function? What do we want to be able to do within it? We are the ones who will use this platform in the future- so if you could wish anything at all- how would you wish it to be?

Hi Trish, yes I am more or less the same :)

It would be great if we create a team in such a way that we each bring in our own 'speciality' and then try to find out how we can 'mix' it into creating this
generous but also profitable 'business plan'.

My speciality lies in the first place in my past as a secretary. This is a rather
broad field and I can be of use in a few categories, like typing out text combined
with pictures, making .pdf files of it when necessary, making presentations, etc.

So perhaps it is better to start a new discussion where we offer our services and
find out if we already have enough to start building a plan.

I will see if I can already make a list of all proposals that have been done in this discussion.
And put those up into a new discussion.

Dear Mieke, it is absolutely fantastic that you would like to make a resumé of all we've already covered and all ideas. I'm sure you have "the eye" and the perfect skills and you have arrived just on time! Thank you :)

In this discussion we have started to outline what the needs of the users of the GE platform are, in order to know how our platform needs to be constructed.

Those who have answered so far have spoken about offering services of different kinds and the practical needs coming from there. I think it would be good if we continued to brainstorm around this topic, because there are many other categories of people who could use the GE platform. There are other kinds of services and also products, and we need to know more of what these people would actually need in order for the GE to work for them.

As for the team... it is us, all of us, as I see it. I see it as an open team. Whoever comes is welcome, with all their skills, talents and time. I think we can let it flow, because as you see it's flowing beautifully by itself.

If you want to, you could always make a resumé of what skills people have already announced they have and want to offer, much of that is in "Generosity Exchange part 1". But in that case please do leave such a list open. I don't think that we should make it static and defined, as some may feel constrained and others may feel excluded. This is a project where everyone should be free to contribute as much or as little as they wish, and we all sense each other's moves and go with the flow of the common inspiration. Maybe a stable well defined team will emerge, but I think it is a bit early for that, we are still in the phase of gathering.

I am convinced that as soon as we observe that we have a task/need within our open team, someone will arrive to take care of it. Just like you did :)

Yes of course you are right.

Making a list in the first place was a service to myself to better be able to remember what has been written so far :)

I think it would be a great service for us all dear Mieke. I think this can be a good moment to start part 3 and make a resume of everything that's been agreed upon and all ideas we found good and worth continuing with, so anyone new can get a picture directly, and also so we understand better how this is evolving. But the goal I think is still, for a while, to understand the needs the GE is going to fulfill, so if you mention even that as our continued task, so others can give their input, it would be great. I'd love to hear from indigenous people, from women starting cooperatives in Africa, from environmental organizations, from renewable energy businesses... or at least we can try to imagine what their needs would be.

Thanks Aurora for your detailed reply.
It has answered many questions for me and brought up a few.

1) I think it would assist me greatly to combine local business with international. One place sound great and simple.

2) In our personal space, I see just our photo, a detailed list of services/events/products and maybe a list of inspirational books we recommend. Payment options. A space for personal video introductions and testimonials. Some of the free lens sites like squidoo have affiliate options as well. I have been investigating some of these free sites and they have a few different options.

3) PayPal would probably be the simplest, as I think you have the option to direct payment to more than one account. So the donations could go to ANH in the same transaction. I am not an expert on this topic, and am not 100% sure on this.

4) Yes Yes Yes.......Point 4
I don't see GE as having a separate purpose to ANH. I definitely see our intentions and purpose the same. What I have not experienced as yet on ANH is any direct avenue for the sale of our services. Hence the bringing together of the alliance and our emerging services.

The simple beauty of ANH I feel needs to be preserved, and the option offered for those who would like to purchase our services freely available. Hence my idea to separate, not from intentions, but just in space provided. Giving members a choice to seek out services or just participation.

I too agree to topic of our attitudes to money and abundance needs to come to the light of our discussion.
For me I agree that money is an exchange of spiritual energy and that yes ANH is a platform where we share our gifts. What I feel deeply that I need in order to fully feel comfortable in having a GE take place is the blessing directly supported by ANH and a chance for the ANH members to have their say to welcome or just express their feelings about this new direction we are taking together.

No Sneaking around for us! I am sure we are all deeply humbled, grateful and aware of our gifts and services we offer, are given to us directly from our creator, and abundance is deservedly ours to give and receive.

As I look deep within myself, yes it is possible that this point you bring up Aurora is a call for my need for approval, as I definitely have been a massive "people pleaser" and observe this within myself when it presents. I will take some time to reflect on my need for approval, or is it just being respectfull of other peoples need. Maybe you could all shed some light on this.

My beautiful friends I am sure that just bringing this to the light will release my fears and doubts surrounding this core issue, and I thank you all for supporting me with this.

I am everyday growing into a more conscious, loving soul, and yes the universe is abundantly supporting me and us on our journey.

Wohoooo! Laughter, dancing and hugs! What makes my heart dance is that you, too, are 100% dedicated to using this project for Truth!
You know, I went back to erase "sneak" and write "tiptoe"... but then I thought that radical honesty has always served my growth. So now I know that you too can take that kind of honesty, and do the inner work! Thank you Janice.

Thank you so much for trusting us with your deepest needs, friend. It is an honour, and I know everyone here will appreciate your trust. Allow me some thoughts around what you write:

A question to you: what, in your opinion, is the difference between "the ANH" and "ANH members" ?
I am asking, because, to me... the ANH is an alliance of people, meaning all of us. Some of us play the role of administration, and do it with great love and dedication. Some of us play the role of members, and do it with as much love and dedication.

To me, we are all blessed from inside, so to say, with the same higher vision and purpose. And so to me, what is happening now is that we are looking at each other, administration and members alike, asking each other "do you too SEE the vision?" "Are you too ready to act on it, as one, together"?

And I see you and many other people from our alliance, including one who is playing the role of administration (Kim), answering : YES, we see this one vision too! We, too are inspired! We want to give it life, together!

You and everyone else here has noticed this idea "in the air". We have all answered, including the administration. This project is free for everyone to co-create, and it will be featured in the next global newsletter, so hopefully even more of us become aware of it.

So I was wondering, dear Janice, if not this is your actual need- to know that we are all here, inspired just like you from the inner source and moving as one. We all are equal, equally powerful and equally creating the next step. The only blessing we need is our own. And we obviously have it :) So we can unleash the full power of our creativity!

More on your other points after a little research- thanks Janice, you do spark the next step!

Is this a forum to discuss ANH as a membership organization? If not where can we have this discussion? Seems simple to have membership levels that reflect comitment to our global vision and action. I received a membership letter from Arbor Day Foundation. It is very well done. I'm sure there are a lot of examples. Has this been discussed....what are your thoughts? I'm learning my way around this ANH system...your guidance is appreciated!

Thank you for stepping forward and herding us together! I'm interested in reaching out to businesses and inviting them to join our Alliance for a New Humanity. Is that not the next ripple in our circle of fAlliance friends? As "coordinator" of ANH - Pacific Northwest I'd like permission to reach out to do this engaging work locally. Do other group coordinators have this interest? Would there be guidelines as to whom to contact? Could there be a template business letter that all could use?

Hi Trish, welcome! I spent a long time looking at the symbol of your group the other day... and here you are :)

I think it is very much the next ripple, and I don't know how you think around this, but to me there are no permissions needed. We all want our alliance to grow and spread its message to all who are of the new humanity -individuals, groups, organizations and of course businesses. But as you say, it would be good for those doing the important work you speak about to have some materials. Have you checked the materials on the main page? There might be something there already. But if not, I'm sure you can write to [e-mail] and ask for something.

Another thought is ... how would these new businesses fit into our Generosity Exchange project, do you think? Could these businesses which are focused on doing good be able to serve and be served by such a platform? Any thoughts on how?

And the third thing is that I've been thinking of bringing together all group facilitators, because there are surely many things we would need to discuss. I thought that maybe a Skype meeting (max 24 people) would be wonderful to start with, just to learn to know each other. But there might be many more people than that interested, and if so we could do it in the form of a discussion thread like this one. You are welcome to bring us all together if you wish.
