Dear friends

The Extremists in Pakistan burnt 118 houses of Christians in two different localities in Gojra and Korian, shoot dead two Christians, tortured dead two Christians and burnt alive five Christians.

In this time of urgent support I request you to pray for these people for their security and see if you can contribute with any material or money.

May God continue to bless you with all the worldly and spiritual sanctions!!!

It doesn't interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart's longing.

It doesn't interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dream, for the adventure of being alive.

It doesn't interest me what planets are squaring your moon. I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow, if you have been opened by life's betrayals or have become shrivelled and closed from fear of further pain.

I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it, or fade it, or fix it.

I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own; if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, be realistic, remember the limitations of being human.

It doesn't interest me if the story you are telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself. If you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. If you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy.

I want to know if you can see Beauty even when it is not pretty every day. And if you can source your own life from its presence.

I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand at the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, 'Yes.'

It doesn't interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone and do what needs to be done to feed the children.

It doesn't interest me who you know or how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the centre of the fire with me and not shrink back.

It doesn't interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away.

I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.

Honey is the oldest sweet known to man. An English proverb says, ‘The history of honey goes with the history of mankind.’


Dear Folks - We try to offer as varied a programme as possible at our monthly Satsangs. I have recently shared with some of you conversations about birds,bees and fishes - and so it occurred to me it would be quite an innovative topic for our July Satsang. It would be great if we could all do a little research and contribute to the discussions . I am sure we all have our own "bee stories" - let's share them and let's focus on the improvement of the latest buzz on the disappearuing honey bees. Remember what we put our attention to is what grows!!!.

Trust you are all enjoying this summer - I am sending this to you from Istanbul. Been here for 3 days teaching and will be returning home tomorrow. Fanstatic trip - learnt so much from the folks around. Hope to see as many of you as possible on Saturday.

Somehow I manifested a Christmas with no money, no presents for me or the boys, no extended family and loved ones. But the biggest difference this year was that I did no feel like a victim, I did not blame anyone. What is, is. I didn't once fall into the wo is me, and my boys were brilliant.

Then I had one of my sanctuary baths and went into a deep meditation, I only knew I had been deep when the water was cold but I had not fallen asleep. Then I starting having marvellous thoughts. Thoughts that put it all together, filled in the blanks, made sence of all I have learnt over the last four years - and how it is all about ME, my thoughts, my actions, my words.

I have been given a head full and definately know that this stuff has to be put into a book or my website. Explanations from my point of view. Exercises and loads more: ie imagine yourself sat on a chair and surrounding you is a wall of mirror, then know that everything you say, think, do is projected from you and then reflected back.

Also, how many times have you joined something on line and the Terms and Conditions come up and you go straight to the ACCEPT button. What a great reflection of Life - we signed up and Accepted the Terms and Conditions and then we built up barriers, argued and fought our way through it when the answer is to ACCEPT it.

Love Yourself - hey the first step towards loving anyone is trust, and that is what people are struggling with, not only loving themselves but trusting themselves.

So in the end it was not focusing on what I didn't have! It was having nothing (financially) that gave me my future, or I would have been too busy with all the carry on of Christmas to have that bath and the most profound moment of AHA so far.

Keep your vibrations up people, it will make all the difference.
