Alliance for a New Humanity

We had an excellent meeting at Val Smith's Peaceful Arts. Due to the weather (a snow storm for those of you around the globe) we ended up with 7 people... but how powerful were those 7 people with their vibration, ideas and positive energy!!

One of the members noted that a large group in Peterborough would like us to hold a meeting up there as well which we will plan for the spring sometime.

We began our circle with our intentions. We decided to name our conversation group:

" Building Bridges to Peace "

And we all got excited about the phrase - "Experience Peace" - An Expo - an experiential experience for people to BE PEACE. Comments and suggestions went around the circle on how to have tents or rooms for families to meditate together, helping children experience meditation, sharing Reiki with the family, expressions and emotional healing through images of peace, children and families drawing on a long piece of canvass what Peace means to them and sending messages to people around the world as the exhibit travels, including song, dance, chants, art, photography, exercises that we do from the Tools for conversation groups, drumming circles.... just to name a few.

There is a parade in Peterborough in March that we will be in to start gathering momentum for the EXPO and we discussed involving schools and communities in helping us build the Expo. We need corporate sponsors. People to write for grants. A trucking company to move the exhibit. A large bus to transport the team that will run it. A hotel chain, or series of them to put up the team.
Coordinators in each town. Government and media contacts.... the list goes on but is not impossible if we share the tasks.

Statements were made such as:
" Peace is a species project because we just can't afford war anymore."

"Stop judgements (the silent chatter in your mind) to allow Peace in."

"People need to be re-taught and re-wired for peace"

" How can we have abundance with modalities that promote peace?"

" Approaching local newspapers to begin a column on activities in the community and around the world for transformation and Peace."

" As long as there is war, I am a part of it and responsible."
