This film will change the way you think about energy. Attendance at tonight's showing will help determine whether or not it goes national, so it is critical that as many people go as possible. Gratitude Breath
Appreciation of your breath is a profound transformational tool. Stop and give thanks for life sustaining breath. Imagine if you suddenly stopped breathing?!?! It would change your perspective on the dramas, fears, doubts and worries of the day, for sure. Practise deep gratitude for your breath (your life!!!) and breathe deeply often.
