ANH – PAKISTAN and Women’s day 2009.
And celebration of the women’s day in Lahore arranged by ANH – Pakistan has mostly included the married couples who shared their life stories and daily issues of both unity and division making causes. The celebration was a full day program in which participants shared food and ideas to bring a happy family life.
The following is a list of Acts and Avoids to have a happy family life.
Acts
1. Romance: talk about the looks, gestures and styles of your wife in a romantic and appreciating ways;
2. Note her clothes and wearing; give a word of comment
3. Ask her the day long of her work;
4. Thank her in extra work doings
5. Appreciate her on her social, status or educational gains;
6. Say sorry if you hurt her;
7. Enthusiastic sex;
8. Do go for outing, shopping and walks with your wife;
9. Give her choice options in eating and wearing;
Few Avoids
1. Avoid comparisons of your wife;
2. Avoid boosting about your past love stories;
3. Avoid hurting intentionally;

Our Lenten Passion
Peace and blessings from Pakistan!!!
We have two traditions of lent: One is sharing Easter Packet and the second is Loan repayment program.
In Easter Package we share food, groceries, clothes and little money for the Christian families who are on the extreme poverty. This is a family package. Ach package is Pak. Rs 6500 (almost US. $ 85) per package per family
The Loan repayment program: is our initiative to pay back the loans or rather the advance money for their children who work as bounded servitudes. The average case repayment is Pak. Rs 35000 (almost US. $ 453)
It is our self supported program and this is the very first time I have asked my friends to see if they can share their passion and generosity.
If anyone is interested I can give the generosity transfer details.

Dear friends,
Peace and blessings!!! The whole lent season and the resurrection of Jesus remind us of “The Unconditional Love”. The Love that is reality, power and scientific potential that moves from our “selves” to round us to make us one within and around. As tomorrow is the Ash Wednesday so I have made the following prose to share it with my congregation.
May this unconditional love fill the cosmos with peace, compassion and social harmony.
In sharing, I am,

The Unconditional Love
Oh I am Unconditional Love;
I am beyond any word;
Beyond limits and distance;
For those who never feel me within;
And practice me around;
I am like the gap;
As between Earth and Sky;
But for those who feel and practice;
I am like Earth and Sky too;
But at the distance of a single look;
At the close hand feeling;
And at embracing space;
To make them one within their “selves”;
With the World around;
And ultimately with God!!!

Hi all... How are you all doing? This is my first group i am joining in ANH and hopefully more... thank you for inviting me... It definitely does feel good to find like-minded people who have the same beliefs and worldview. I want to do more but i dont know what yet... right now I am reading a book called "peace is the way" by Deepak Chopra it is a very very enlightening book if you all have free time.. I look forward to having discussions with everyone... - Matt
