What are your rituals and values you live by?MY rituals & values I live by
by janice kennedy
I rise in the morning and give gratitude for my life and the eternal spark within, which guides and protects me each day
I fill my mind with positive thoughts and think about my purpose for the day
I drink my warm water with lemon or lime, loofa my body to increase circulation and get rid of dead skin cells, and shower
I make my cup of tea and breakfast and sit with my son quietly, as I have been told never to chat first thing in the morning, as he is still waking up………I can be too chatty at times
I then go about my working day, with my amazing clients
I try to make them laugh whilst doing their work, as I think laughter is healing.
I try to stay “present” throughout the day
My workouts fit in around my clients and it always seems to work out
I meditate and read most nights before the day ends
I volunteer in my community at least twice a month
I spend time alone in reflection at every opportunity, and do a detox and retreat every year
I pamper myself with massage, facials every so often, and love a bath in winter
I spend my time in great company, and love meeting new amazing people
I keep my house clean and open windows and blinds every morning to let in the fresh air
I throw out our give away clutter, and use Feng Shui principles to keep my home in order
I treat others as I would like to be treated myself, and constantly smile at strangers
I treat animals with love and respect and look out for children always
These are my rituals and values I live by, and I stumble at times, but I know I feel great when I have these in my life. I go with the flow and forgive myself when I am not at my best, as I believe we can change the second we decide to
What are yours???

I have started a new ritual for 2009. It involves reciting a creed that I wrote on New Year's Eve. It is full of positivity and love and is a beautiful way to start each morning. I hope to continue this for the full year and know that wonderful things will emerge the more I keep these words in my consciousness.

Love to all. x

My rituals involve:
- waking up in the morning and turning over to tell my partner I love her
- walking out to the laundry to wake up and snuggle with my two sleepy puppies
- when I get home from work I kiss my partner again, tell her I love her and ask her about her day
- we prepare and eat dinner together
- I settle in before bed with a self-healing and meditation session
- I thank the universe everyday for my lessons and offer myself back to her wholeheartedly

My 2009 is going to be quite different again. I will be:
- taking time in nature to commune with the elements, animals and flora as much as I possibly can
- being loving to myself and concentrating on my wellness from my thoughts outward
- setting aside time every single day to create my world through manifestation

I have also been offered an apprenticeship with a spiritual teacher who is passing on her wisdom and skills through a gruelling experiental training regime, including spiritual and shaman initiation processes. I will be doing everything I possibly can to ensure that I am ready to become more open and understand the true sources of my potential. Through this training I am sure ritual will be an every-second part of my life....

Well,

my rituals are not everyday ones.
Usually
I go to the mounatins or in the country side with one of my special friend or alone, picking up some herbs
I read a lot of poetry, expecially when I feel sad
breathing be conscoius I breathe more often I can
I smile more often I can even if I am alone, in the streets or wherever and somthimes it is very funny!
In this last period I started singing my harmonic chants every two weeks

One negative ritual I have is to crticize myself too much...
So another of my rituals will be:
detecting and individuating my negative rituals in order to substitute them with postive one!

Shanti

My ritual starts like this

I get out of bed and go for my morning walk..
I review the previous day while walking and think about the thoughts & feelings I had the previous day
If issues come up for example anxiety... I trace its origin and then do a releasing script that goes something like this:

Higher consciousness please locate the origin of my feelings around anxiety
Take each layer, area & and aspect of my being to this origin
Analyze it & resolve purfectly with the highest consciousness

Come forward in time, healing every incident based upon the foundation of the first,
according to my highest selfs untill I am at the present filled with light & truth,
with the highest peace & love, forgiveness of myself for my incorrect perceptions, forgiveness
of every person, place, circumstance & event which contributed to this feeling / thought.

With total forgiveness & unconditional love, I allow every physical, mental, emotional & spiritual issue and inappropriate behaviour based on the negative origin recorded in my DNA, to transform. I release it & and; let it go.

Now:

I insert new thoughts & feelings that say:

I feel peaceful......
I am reassured.....
I choose being calm

Thankyou higher consciousness for comming to my aid & and I am sooo grateful to you for helping me attain the full measure of my creation. Thankyou most humbly, for the truness from which all blessings flow

Paimarire:

Karol Truman author of the book: Feelings buried alive never die.

I then do a create my day script that looks like this:

On one side I write; my out side world: All the things I need to do during the day such as:
-teaching
-going to meetings
-marking school books
-playing instruments

On the otherside I write; My inside world: All the inner things I need to take care of such as:
Remember to do 1 kind thing a day
Remember to smile
Slow down
Be aware of thinking
Be aware of feelings
Keep a peaceful heart

After I go through my create my day & and see what I remembered & what I didn't and if I missed things I just release script it.

Many blessings

Hello beautiful Rainbow Man!
I love your rituals.
I am definately on the same page, and feel encouraged that ANH continues to join like minded souls.
By the sounds of your inner work on forgiveness you may have already read Colin Tipping's Radical Fogiveness........If you have not...........WOW........you will love it.

Thankyou for playing a part in my day.

Lots of love
