We are the "Building Bridges to Peace" group in Canada. Our group is working to pull together an International Traveling Expo that will help people "Experience Peace". Please join our group and read about what we are trying to achieve. Perhaps Australia would like to help with ideas, suggestions, contacts and participate in this as well.

A BEAUTIFUL POEM BY MARIA, WE WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOU from POETS FOR PEACE.

I few thoughts came to me about,If I were an angel….

If I were an angel,
Perhaps I would not worry so much about all of this…or that,
Instead I would know that all is just fine in the world.
That there is no worry of death or destruction,
That spirit cannot be destroyed and love cannot be denied.
I would know that loving gives life and that fear cannot survive.
If I were an angel I would not be afraid
To Love,
To Live,
To Laugh,
To Sing,
To wake each morning with a joyful heart.
Perhaps being an Angel would be the most alive one could possibly be.

and a few other thoughts,

If I were an angel it would be easier to be loving and kind.
People would be sweeter to me because of course, everyone is nice to angels!
This would make it so easy for me to be sweet, I mean, who could I be angry at?
With all the love I would be getting I couldn’t help but be wonderful,
I couldn’t help but send love out to others.
The next thing you know there would be so much kindness and love going on that we would all be living in a better world.
Hmmm, all that from just one angel….
Perhaps it would be a good thing to practice being an angel….who would know….and maybe if I really practice I might just become one…hmmm…an angel,
Hell, why not!

They have lifted them up and carried them to the light
They have sent their light and love to help in healing the land
