World Appreciation Day

Dear Friends,
I am hoping you will join me in a small, simple effort to lift your own spirits and in the process, perhaps have a positive impact on the world we share. Along the lines of the Law of Attraction and Lynn McTaggart’s work on the power of collective intent, I had a thought last full moon - what if hundreds or thousands of people around the world all took five minutes out of their day - on a specific day - and basked in feelings of Appreciation?
Appreciation is a powerful tool to help shift our thoughts and feelings and improve not only the moment, but the future as it unfolds for us. It is simple to do and I would really love it if you would join me in this effort.

What positive energy might we generate if, all over the world people chose to dedicate Five Minutes of their day on February 14th, 2009 to feel Appreciation? Transforming Fear
I am here, all is well. Know that all is well and that there is no longer a need to hold fear within you. You hold it in your minds, but this leaks into your body - this fear energy - effecting physical organs as well as your etheric body.
