As for traveling..... My husband and I we love to travel. As always there are too many places to see too little time however we try to squeeze as much as possible in a year.
Just a week ago we came back from the week of diving with sharks in Palau. What an amazing experience to be so close to those usually feared animals. In any moment I felt fear but rather respect especially watching balanced eco system in Palau, that might be one of the last in the world.
Besides diving we just love to visit other countries. So far we have been all over South America, Egypt, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. What we love about it is that you get a chance to meet fantastic travelers from all over the world, make a lot of friends and keep in touch with them, as well as get to know local people by stying with them in their houses or just simply sharing meals together. I especially remember our overnight stay on Amantani Island in Peru on the Lake Titicaca where we stayed with local Qechua people eating with them and sleeping in their house also our shared meal with Cambodian family in the village in the middle of the jungle. Just thinking that 30 years ago Khmer Rouge almost wiped out majority of the population in Cambodia and now sharing meal with happy and smiling people who are the first generation growing up without war and being grateful for that, keeps you smiling too and warm in your heart. It is jus amazing and absolutely unforgettable.
We still have a long list of countries to see but I must say that based on our travels I can definitely say that we are the same, sharing the same values, all mothers want their children to be happy and grow up in a peaceful environment, we all want to be happy and have a chance to grow.
Hi, Dorota,
Your summary of your vision for a new humanity is extraordinary. It is so simple and direct, and so complete, in just a few words. Thank you for this. Blessings on your journey(s)!
Hello, Dorota:
I'm reaching out to others in the Chicago area - to see if we can get some ANH energy going here. I saw that you have great vision of a new humanity and wanted to say hello - and thanks for being a leader in this important work. If you'd like to connect as friends, I'd be honored. I also started a group, with my partner, Martha Foster. I suspect that we will meet sooner rather than later :-)
The vision of new humanity is the world full of peaceful and loving people, where hunger and hate does not exist, where we live together with animals and plants, when we care about our planet, when we respect each other and when we all are smiling and think positive.
About Me:
Live in suburbs of Chicago. Striving to grow here on Earth.
