My practises

I'm trying to go & do my asanas every morning and eve. Same for meditation, almost twice a day (10 to 15 mns)

I've made mine as a living hygiena the 4 Toltecs teachings (Only speak of good, nothing personal, no projection, always do your best) ...

Trying step by step to reach an egoless living where Truth, Freedom and Joy shall always walk along ...
