- What is your vision of a new humanity?
- Spreading the idea that everyone is a leader on their own terms and that leadership is about having the courage to follow your dream in spite of obstacles and setbacks, it´s about focusing on solutions and possibilities, wether it relates to life in the family or at work, and it´s about striving to spread more of the good stuff to the people in our sorroundings, such as love, hope & inspiration. I believe leaders and the field of leadership could benefit tremendously by including more spiritual dimensions into its realm, and thus see this is a long term professional aim and purpose. In addition, I am particularly concerned with women´s perspectives, and call for the leadership of women as a major voice towards a new humanity.

- I am 45 years old, a mother of three, and I have devoted most of my professional life to studying, teaching and developing leadership in organizations and worklife. On the personal level, I wish to be more loving, appreciative and accepting - and long for inspiration that can guide me on this journey.
