- What is your vision of a new humanity?
- My vision of a new humanity is based on mutual respect, equality, companionship, a caring attitude towards one another, animals and the planet. We are 'one' and from that perspective should we all live our life.
A number of years ago, I was initiated as Reiki Master and that is when I started to develop a serious interest in all sorts of subjects that are related to healing, medicine, consciousness, psychology. I would love to see that in the society of a new humanity, the so-called Western medicine is complemented with dimensions of holistic healing and to educate people on the causes of their illnesses.
Our new humanity works towards creating better circumstances for all and never ceases to do so. A "Ministry of Happiness" (as exists in Bhutan) should be a part of all the governments in the West so that educating the people's mind on how to achieve lasting happiness becomes a matter of policy....

The company that I work for is EcoShape, Building with Nature in The Netherlands - an innovative, long-term research programme aimed at developing new design concepts for the layout and sustainable exploitation of river, coastal and delta areas. Its special feature is synergy and cooperation that will allow natural ecosystems and human intervention to reinforce each other. Ecodynamic design leads to creating and building what we, the human race require, but in close harmony with nature.
I am also a happy mom, living together with the dad of my daughter Julia who is now 2,5 years old.
