"We are all one people. Peace is found within. The worlds is but one country, you and I next of kin". A song I wrote called "Surrender to tenderness" I encourage everyone to write songs poems and stories of peace and love.

Our center is the only non-profit yoga organization in Houston and we operate more like an open, welcoming, supportive spiritual community than a workout center.
