Oh the past!!! Let it go! I have been told this by any sensitive that has come near me! It's been the hardest thing. However as I am today I see it as not letting it go but ironing it out. Like a big white sheet, crumpled and messy. Once you realise that it is all about you - not anybody else, no circumstances, or occurences - all you. We must drop the victim mentality and take responsibility. I think that this is what is meant by our demons, thinking back and only concentrating on ourselves, sometimes things come up and knock you sideways.
I really hope that my sheet is nearly ironed out, it does feel that way.
And as I have done all this I realise that I have been protected all my life. I survived some awful things and am pretty much unscathed. That's a lovely thing to realise and it makes me feel quite special.
You mentioned Gratitude - a wonderful vibration to be at - I stay there most of the time now - I even had the thought to remember to be grateful for the things which are going on without my knowledge.
'I let go of greivances and choose miracles - Thy will be done'.
So it is not about letting go of the past it is about letting go of thinking you have total control of your life, GO WITH THE FLOW! So many times (even today) I think 'Well I never saw that coming' and then I just sit in it, knowing that everything is divinely timed.
I wanted to heal the world when I first started Reiki - didn't understand why people didn't want to heal, then I did my NLP course and realised that there is always a positive by product to whatever our mind is creating. Took the teacher lifting a chair at me for it to sink in that you cannot heal anyone unless they ask and they understand what it involves. Then we can give them the tools and make them do all the work - it is the only thing that will work.
But I am sure that you are the same when I say that when I look back say five years before I ever was awakened to all this, what a difference. We have made so much progress - and usually all on our own. Our comfort zones have been shattered, our belief systems overturned, and our valued reavaluated. We have done so well - so thank your self and tell yourself today how much you love you!!

It is these times that we learn the most Tracy when have to stand back and reflect on our own situation. One my teachers once said to me loraine all the answers for your future lie in past...and i wonderd a the time what he meant and even thought he was talking nonsense lol...How true those words were...it was through reflection that I learned what worked and what didn't .
Yes we have to let hit that rock bottom...its their right to be there we are only ever the guide standing in the wings when they are ready to take the step towards us, for many years it was a difficult concept for me to understans as I so wanted to be there every step of their journey with the. However that was my lesson in how detach from others, let them go, so they can find there own way back...it is a uch more comfortable position to be in, knowing you are their for that person no matter what but only if they choose.

Notice you also teach Reiki...I have not done the Master teacher yet...but im sure if its on my path I will at the right time.

Then I had one of my sanctuary baths and went into a deep meditation, I only knew I had been deep when the water was cold but I had not fallen asleep. Then I starting having marvellous thoughts. Thoughts that put it all together, filled in the blanks, made sence of all I have learnt over the last four years - and how it is all about ME, my thoughts, my actions, my words.
I have been given a head full and definately know that this stuff has to be put into a book or my website. Explanations from my point of view. Exercises and loads more: ie imagine yourself sat on a chair and surrounding you is a wall of mirror, then know that everything you say, think, do is projected from you and then reflected back.
Also, how many times have you joined something on line and the Terms and Conditions come up and you go straight to the ACCEPT button. What a great reflection of Life - we signed up and Accepted the Terms and Conditions and then we built up barriers, argued and fought our way through it when the answer is to ACCEPT it.
Love Yourself - hey the first step towards loving anyone is trust, and that is what people are struggling with, not only loving themselves but trusting themselves.
So in the end it was not focusing on what I didn't have! It was having nothing (financially) that gave me my future, or I would have been too busy with all the carry on of Christmas to have that bath and the most profound moment of AHA so far.
Keep your vibrations up people, it will make all the difference.

Let’s make this world a better place shall we. We can make a start by being grateful for what we have and not what we haven’t.
Let’s focus on what we enjoyed this year and not on what we loathed.
Let’s think about what we achieved and not how we failed.
Let’s be thankful for the health that we have had this year and not on the illnesses.
Let’s praise the achievements of the world and not the disappointments.
The love and not the hate.
The good weather and not the bad.
Thanks for the light that came through and not the darkness.
The happy times and not the sad.
The does and not the don’ts.
The laughter and not the tears.
The miracles and not the grievances.
The excitement and not the pain.
The securities and not the uncertainties.
The hellos and not the goodbyes.
So as the New Year approaches focus on the positive and see what magic this can conjure. Think about the ONE and how we are all part of it and lets lift up from the negatives and into a much better world. We are all the ONE that can make a difference. I heard a rumour that positive thoughts lead to positive actions – so thought I’d give it a try.
