Life goes on... Always remember that life goes on within us and surely life goes on without us! It is all about life... and it is for the living and those who seek to live a good life in health, sanity and spiritual growth. The 'ideal' is to appreciate life while we are living in it and to do so with a higher cosmic consciousness of its beauty, diversity and complexity. I find life fascinating, even on the bad days. When we are faced with stressful challenges in life. We should look at life's challenges as true blessings because they call up the power of our inner courage, our native intelligence and our patient perseverance to face life on life's terms. No matter how bad it gets, we should never give up on life and we should keep striving to make the best of our life circumstances.

We may be alleged to be born equal, but that is not necessarily true in all situations. Some people are born with congenital birth defects, physical handicaps and seem to be destined for a tough life of strive, sweat and struggles. Others seem to be born into fortunate life circumstances, with an uncanny luck and a gold spoon in their mouths. Whatever way it goes we are born upon Mother Earth and we must play the cards we are dealt by the powers of fate.

As a general rule, once we reach a certain level of maturity, our existential lives are the result of our personal choices, decisions and how we exercise our options. It is wise to look at a given situation from as many different angles, degrees and ways as possible. This approach will help us see a given situation in its true dimensions. The are 360 degrees in a circle and there can be as many ways of looking at a given object, even if one degree is so infinitesimal that is seems to be irrelevant. Imagine what one degree can mean to a brain surgeon or to the projected path of an expended bullet. Maybe my personal life is a small one in relation to the people I see and interact with on a daily basis. Nevertheless, many people seem to make really unwise decisions in their lives and have poor decision-making skills.

For starters we should make a definite distinction between our true self-interest that promotes our personal empowerment in a beneficial way and our individual selfish interest which is without concern for the welfare of others unless it generates personal profit for us. One's self-interest and one's selfish interest are not necessarily the same. What is good for me may not be good for you. We should see that our collective survival interests as an endangered species of life is ~ in the context of connected reality ~ intimately interconnected with our personal survival interests. We should be concerned with the welfare of the masses of people, see life from a global perspective and ponder upon any cosmic consequences in our significant decisions in life. We should make our key life decisions with a deep understanding of the humane spiritual principles involved, the impact our key life decisions will have on others and the related dynamics and mechanics. In the general analysis, we should base our decisions upon tried and true humane spiritual principles, not passing doctrines that fade away.

One is only as good as one's word, integrity and consistency in living up to one's word.

So a new month is here, the month of July. Actually I have not written much this month online. Nonetheless, I am struck with how good is the therapeutic value of spiritual writings, especially in order to check in with my own inner spirit as it seeks expression to the mortal outer world. Indeed, more will be revealed..

I am blessed to finally have a room with a view!
